Jonathan has spent over 18 years in corporate sustainability. After years working with global corporates, he saw the increasing pressures SMEs were under. Too often they are overlooked and underestimated, yet they are critical in supply chains. Jonathan believes sustainability is not a burden but a driver of growth, profitability and impact. His focus is on helping SMEs navigate legislation, stand out in a competitive landscape and unlock commercial advantage through sustainability.

Stefanie brings over 15 years of experience recruiting across the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. She has built executive sales and finance teams for some of the most demanding industries and understands how to identify people who not only have the technical expertise but also the commercial awareness to deliver measurable value. Stefanie’s deep knowledge of how businesses run operationally means she can place sustainability talent that succeeds in real-world conditions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
